Many organic fertilizer manufacturers have reported that the headache of powder fertilizer production lines is not the inability to increase production, but the inability to stay in the workshop. Dust is pervasive, and workers cough shortly after working; The conveyor belt deviates and scatters material, which needs to be swept several times; The packaging scale is inaccurate, with a difference of half a pound per bag. Not only does the customer return the product, but it also incurs unnecessary costs.
The set of powdered organic fertilizer production lines we have sent out is specifically designed to address these high-frequency pain points.
Regarding dust - control from the source rather than post dust removal
Crushers and screening machines are major dust producers. Ordinary equipment often operates with open doors, and the conveying process is not sealed, causing dust to scatter everywhere. Our crusher feed inlet is equipped with a buffer hopper and soft connection, and the screening machine adopts a fully enclosed drum structure. A dust cover is installed above the conveyor, and a suction port is reserved at key nodes. Customers only need to connect a small pulse dust collector to significantly reduce the concentration of powder layer in the workshop. Many old customers have given feedback that after the renovation, there is basically no dust in the workshop, and environmental inspections have been conducted once.
About conveying and scattering materials - three solutions to "deviation, scattering, and jamming"
Powdered organic fertilizer has good fluidity, but it is prone to sticking to the belt when the humidity is too high. We adopt three measures of protection: firstly, installing anti deviation rollers and blocking edges on the belt conveyor; The second is to set up buffer guide slots at the material dropping point to avoid material deviation; The third is to polish the inner wall of the screw conveyor to reduce adhesion. Even if the moisture content of the material fluctuates, it can be transported smoothly without scattering materials. Customers dont have to spend one or two hours cleaning the ground every day, saving labor to do more valuable things.
Regarding packaging accuracy - dual sensors+slow feeding, error control within 0.3%
Many small packaging machines use single sensors and rely on gates for rough feeding, with a difference of 1 kilogram per bag of 20 kilograms. The packaging machine we designed for powdered fertilizer adopts "dual sensors+secondary feeding": fast feeding completes 80%, slow feeding makes up for the remaining amount, and vibration exhaust function is added to avoid powder fluffiness causing over tolerance. In actual use, the error of 50 kilograms per bag does not exceed 150 grams, which can help customers save several tons of material loss every year. Equipped with automatic bag clamping and sewing conveyor devices, one person can complete the entire process of measuring, bagging, and sewing bags.
Whole line matching - eliminate "big horse pulling small car" or "intestinal obstruction"
Some customers assemble their own equipment, with feeding machines that are too large and crushing machines that are too small, resulting in front-end stacking and back-end stacking. We calculate the conveying capacity and power of each link uniformly according to the customers production requirements (such as 3 tons/hour, 5 tons/hour, 8 tons/hour) to ensure smooth operation of the entire line. After installation, simply press the main start button to start and stop each device in sequence, without the need for specialized debugging.
