Trough type flipping machine
The trough type flipping machine is usually referred to as a guide rail flipping machine, track rail flipping machine, flipping pile machine, etc. It can be used for the fermentation and composting of organic waste such as animal manure, sludge, sugar factory filter sludge, residue cake, and straw sawdust, and is widely used in organic fertilizer plants and compound fertilizer plants. It includes a walking fermentation tank body, a walking track, a power supply device, a flipping and stacking part, and a transfer tank device (also known as a transfer vehicle, mainly used for multi tank use). The flipping and stacking work part adopts advanced drum transmission, with two types: adjustable and non adjustable.
Wheel type flipping machine
The roulette type turning machine is suitable for the fermentation and turning of organic waste such as livestock and poultry manure, sludge and garbage, sugar factory filter mud, residue cake, and straw sawdust with large span and high depth. It is widely used in organic fertilizer plants, compound fertilizer plants, sludge and garbage plants, horticultural fields, and mushroom planting plants for fermentation, maturation, and water removal operations. Compared with traditional flipping equipment, its advantages lie in (1) high flipping depth: its flipping depth can reach 1.5-3 meters; (2). The tracked flipping machine adopts a four-wheel walking design, which can move forward, backward, and turn, and is controlled and driven by one person. During the driving process, the entire vehicle is mounted on a long strip fertilizer machine, and a rotating knife attached to the bottom of the machine is used to mix, fluffinize, and move the raw materials of the fertilizer machine. After passing by, a new strip stack is formed, which can be used in open areas or in workshop greenhouses for operations.
The track type flipping machine is equipped with rollers and blade teeth, mainly used for flat stacking fermentation with dual functions of flipping and crushing. It can evenly flip and mix materials and bacteria such as fecal base materials and sludge, and effectively crush the clumps in the fermented materials. It is an essential specialized tool in fertilizer production operations.
Chain plate flipping machine
The chain plate composting machine is suitable for slot type aerobic composting of organic solid waste such as livestock manure, sludge garbage, straw, etc. The walking system of this machine adopts variable frequency speed regulation, has good adaptability to different materials and runs smoothly, with high flipping efficiency and the ability to perform deep tank operations, effectively shortening the fermentation cycle, improving production efficiency and product quality. Adopting a variable frequency speed control walking system can adapt well to changes in workload. The walking speed can be flexibly adjusted according to the material resistance, making the equipment more adaptable and flexible. Optional mobile crane can be used to achieve the operation of multi tank equipment. If the equipments capacity allows, simply adding fermentation tanks can expand the production scale and improve the equipments value.
Organic fertilizer fermentation tank
