1. The operators of each section operate independently and are under the unified command of the team leader. Cross section operations are prohibited. During work, employees are required to wear work clothes and safety helmets. They are required to dress neatly and neatly, and are not allowed to dress improperly. Female workers with long hair must tie it up to eliminate safety hazards.

2. Before the production line equipment is turned on, all section workers are on duty and are directed by the team leader to inspect their respective equipment sections (including equipment steering, gearbox oil addition, control box voltage, etc.). Run the equipment empty again to check for any problems. If there are any issues, stop the machine in a timely manner and report to the team leader for maintenance. During equipment maintenance, maintenance signs should be placed at the maintenance site and control box to prevent accidental injury by other personnel.

3. After confirming that there are no issues, all section staff will report to the team leader for unified command to start the production line. It is prohibited to start the production system without receiving the team leaders order. Before starting the production line, ensure that there are no personnel in the operating area of the production line.

4. When the team leader directs the production line to start, the feeding equipment should not be turned on first, and other equipment should be turned on one by one from back to front. After confirming that there are no problems, the feeding system should be turned on for trial production. At the same time, each section should confirm again whether there are any problems with the equipment. During the operation of the equipment, touching the running and transmission equipment is prohibited.

5. When the production line is shut down, it should be closed one by one from the beginning to the end. The feeding should be stopped first, and the equipment should be shut down in the order of each section according to the operation of the materials on the line, so that the materials in the equipment can fully enter the next section and the packaging system. After the production line is shut down, personnel from each section inspect, clean, and maintain the equipment to prepare for its restart.
