In the production of organic fertilizer equipment, the granulator requires that the materials to be pelletized have a certain viscosity. Some raw materials may become loose after fermentation, and in this difficult to pelletize situation, some water or binder needs to be added to increase the viscosity of the materials.
The disc granulator and the conversion granulator in the organic fertilizer production equipment granulator adopt the granulation method. During the granulation process, water or binder is added to ensure smooth granulation of the material. The new type of toothed granulator adopts wet granulation, and the fermented material can be directly granulated without the need for other processes. The roller extrusion granulator is produced using a non drying ambient temperature process, which is suitable for granulating materials with low viscosity or low moisture content.
If the moisture content of the material is too high, you can add some relatively dry materials in moderation to neutralize the moisture content. If the moisture content is too low, an appropriate amount of water can be added to facilitate the normal granulation of organic fertilizer production equipment granulators.
