Safe usage method of organic fertilizer crusher:
1) The organic fertilizer crusher should be fixed on the ground, and cement can be used for fixation. If the working location changes frequently, the crusher and motor should be installed on a base made of angle iron.
2) After installing the organic fertilizer crusher, carefully check whether it is installed in place and if there are any parts that are not securely installed. Check whether the motor shaft and the crusher shaft are parallel, and also check whether the tension of the drive belt is appropriate.
Before starting the organic fertilizer crusher, manually rotate the rotor to check for smooth and normal operation, inspect the interior of the casing for any signs of collision, verify the correct rotational direction of the rotor, and assess the lubrication of the motor and crusher.
4) Do not frequently replace the pulley of the organic fertilizer crusher to prevent the rotational speed from being too high or too low.
After starting the organic fertilizer crusher, it should be run idle for 2 to 3 minutes. Only after confirming no abnormalities, can materials be fed in for operation.
6) The feeding of the organic fertilizer crusher should be uniform. If any abnormal noise, excessive temperature of the bearing or the machine body, or material spraying out is detected, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.
Before operating the organic fertilizer crusher, the staff should carefully inspect the materials to prevent hard objects such as metal and stones from entering the crushing chamber and causing accidents.
8) When feeding, the staff should stand on the side of the organic fertilizer crusher to prevent being injured by rebounding debris. When crushing long stems, hands should not be held too tightly to prevent them from being pulled in.
9) Before stopping the organic fertilizer crusher, first stop feeding the material. After the material inside is completely discharged, cut off the power and shut down the machine. After shutdown, clean and maintain the machine.
10) After operating the organic fertilizer crusher for 300 hours, the bearings must be cleaned and the engine oil replaced. When filling the engine oil, it is advisable to fill up to 1/3 of the bearing seat gap, but not more than 1/2. During long-term downtime, the drive belt should be removed.
