Working principle: The main body of a fertilizer coating machine is usually a tilted horizontal rotating cylinder. There is a strip-shaped plate welded to the middle shell inside the coating machine. When the coating machine rotates, the strip-shaped plate can continuously flip the fertilizer particles inside the machine. If liquid coating agent needs to be sprayed, the coating machine is equipped with corresponding tanks and pumps, and the liquid nozzle is inserted into the cylinder body from the end of the rotary drum for spraying; If powder coating agents such as diatomaceous earth, kaolin, lime, etc. need to be applied, they will be fed into the coating machine by a spiral feeder, so as to wrap a layer of material on the surface of the fertilizer particles and improve the performance of the fertilizer.

Structural composition:

Rotary cylinder body: usually made of stainless steel or carbon steel material, the inner wall may be equipped with a plate or guide plate to enhance particle rolling, and its diameter and length have various specifications according to different production needs.

Drive device: composed of motor, reducer, supporting wheel, etc., to ensure that the cylinder can rotate smoothly.

Spray coating system: including liquid storage tank, pump, nozzle, etc., among which the nozzle needs to have anti clogging design to ensure that the coating agent can be evenly sprayed on the surface of the particles.

Hot air system (optional): Some coating machines are equipped with hot air fans, air ducts, and temperature control devices to accelerate the drying or curing of coating materials.
