Maintenance of Organic Fertilizer Rounder
Release time:2025-10-20 Views:7 Sources:Tai an Zhonglan Xuye Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd

The maintenance core of the organic fertilizer throwing machine is to regularly inspect key components, clean and lubricate them in a timely manner, which can significantly extend the equipment life and avoid sudden failures affecting production. Maintenance needs to be carried out around three dimensions: daily, regular, and fault prevention. The specific methods are as follows.

1、 Daily maintenance (before startup/after shutdown)

Daily maintenance is the foundation, with a focus on quickly identifying safety hazards and basic conditions, which is short in time but crucial.

Pre-start inspection

Cleaning after shutdown

2、 Regular maintenance (weekly/monthly/quarterly)

Regular maintenance requires in-depth inspection of consumable components and core systems, adjusting the cycle according to usage frequency. It is recommended to shorten the maintenance interval for high-frequency use.

Monthly maintenance

Quarterly maintenance

3、 Fault prevention and special maintenance

In addition to routine maintenance, prevention for special scenarios and potential failures is also important to reduce sudden downtime losses.

Seasonal maintenance: If the equipment is idle for a long time (such as during winter shutdown), the interior of the equipment should be thoroughly cleaned before shutdown. Anti rust oil should be applied to the surface of metal parts, and the equipment should be covered with dust-proof cloth to prevent moisture and rust.

Vulnerable parts reserve: Reserve vulnerable parts such as scrapers, bearings, seals, etc. in advance to avoid prolonged downtime due to waiting for accessories in case of failure; Select original accessories that match the device model to ensure compatibility and stability.

Principle of exception handling: If there is severe abnormal noise, vibration, or sudden decrease in production during equipment operation, it is necessary to immediately stop the machine for inspection and prohibit "operation with defects"; When troubleshooting, priority should be given to checking whether the rotating disc/drum is stuck and whether the transmission system is misaligned, and then gradually troubleshooting core components such as motors and reducers.
