Vibration screening machine (commonly used, suitable for granular fertilizers and dry materials)


Core driving force: High frequency vibration (provided by a vibration motor, typically with a vibration frequency of 1500-3000 times per minute).


Key structures: multi-layer rectangular screen mesh (2-4 layers can be set, with mesh holes decreasing from top to bottom), vibration motor (installed on both sides or bottom of the screen box), spring damping device (reduces the impact of vibration on the equipment base).


Workflow:


After the material enters the upper sieve, the vibration motor drives the high-frequency vibration of the sieve box, and the material undergoes a composite motion of "up and down jumping+forward and backward translation" on the sieve, quickly dispersing;


Large impurities (such as fertilizer clumps and stones) in the upper mesh are intercepted and discharged from the end of the sieve with vibration;


Materials that meet the requirements of the upper mesh (such as particles<5mm) fall into the middle mesh, which is set as the "lower limit of qualified particle size" (such as 2mm). Qualified particles of 2-5mm are intercepted and fall into the corresponding collection hopper;


Fine powder with a thickness of less than 2mm passes through the middle sieve and falls into the lower collection hopper, completing the three-stage separation of "impurities qualified particles fine powder".
