Daily maintenance of fertilizer dryer (executed after shutdown)
Cleaning equipment: Clean the residual materials (especially high viscosity materials such as paste like fertilizers) inside the drying cylinder to avoid clumping and wear on the cylinder wall or cutting board; Clean the exhaust gas treatment device (such as the filter bag of a bag filter, and blow the dust with compressed air) to prevent blockage and affect moisture discharge.
Lubricating components: Add lubricating oil (such as calcium based grease) to the bearings, gears, and chains of the transmission system to ensure flexible rotation (note: different components use different greases, and motor bearings should not use too much grease to avoid overheating).
Safety inspection: Check whether the emergency stop button, protective fence, and grounding device are intact to ensure that the equipment complies with safety regulations.
weekly maintenance
Tightening and adjustment: Check whether bolts and nuts (such as plate fixing bolts and motor foundation bolts) are loose and tighten them in a timely manner; Adjust the tightness of the transmission belt/chain (the belt deflection should be 10-15mm, and the chain sag should not exceed 2% of the span).
Heat source system inspection: Clean the slag of the coal-fired hot blast stove and check if the grate is damaged; Check the sealing of the gas pipeline interface of the gas hot blast stove to avoid leakage; Check the surface of the electric heating tube for any dust accumulation that may affect heat dissipation.
