Cleaning: After shutdown, remove residual materials inside or on the surface of the equipment (e.g., crushing chamber, granulation mold holes, mixer paddles, conveyor belt surface). Empty the dust collector hopper to prevent material clumping and clogging.
Safety inspection:
Before startup, ensure that the safety protection devices (protective covers, protective nets, emergency stop buttons) are intact and undamaged, and that the electrical wiring is free of exposed parts and securely grounded;
During operation, observe the equipment for any abnormal noises, unusual odors (such as a burnt smell), or excessive vibrations. Ensure the bearing housing temperature does not exceed 60°C (no burning sensation when touched by hand).
Basic status check:
Check that the feed and discharge ports of the equipment are unobstructed, and the conveyor belt is neither misaligned nor slipping;
Inspect the wear-prone parts (such as the crusher screen and separator filter) for obvious damage. If minor damage is found, temporary repairs or marking for replacement are required.
