The environmental standards that the compound fertilizer production line needs to comply with cover multiple aspects such as air, water, noise, solid waste, etc., as follows: - * * Air Pollution Emission Standards * * - * Organized Emissions * *: During the production process of compound fertilizers, emissions of exhaust gases, particulate matter, sulfur dioxide, and nitrogen oxides generated from processes such as hot blast furnace combustion, mixing, crushing, granulation, drying, and screening shall comply with the emission limit requirements of the Comprehensive Emission Standard of Air Pollutants (GB16297-1996). Boiler exhaust emissions shall comply with the "Emission Standards for Air Pollutants from Boilers" (GB13271-2014). In the high tower granulation process of compound fertilizers made from urea or ammonium nitrate phosphorus (ammonium nitrate) as raw materials, the ammonia emissions generated in the melting section shall comply with the "Emission Standards for Odor Pollutants" (GB14554-93). -Unorganized emissions: The unorganized emissions of particulate matter in the compound fertilizer workshop shall comply with the concentration limit standards for unorganized emissions monitoring in Table 2 of the Comprehensive Emission Standards for Air Pollutants (GB16297-1996), and the unorganized emissions of ammonia shall comply with the emission limit requirements of the Odor Pollutant Emission Standards (GB14554-93). -* * Water Pollution Discharge Standard * * - * * Comprehensive Discharge Standard * *: The domestic sewage of the project needs to be treated in a three-level septic tank to meet the third level standard of the "Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard" (GB8978-1996) before being discharged into the municipal sewage pipe network. -* * Recycling standard * *: Equipment cleaning wastewater, workshop floor flushing wastewater, etc. are treated and reused in the factory area as supplementary water for sprinkler systems and workshop flushing water, without being discharged. Domestic sewage is subject to the "Table 1 Basic Control Item Limits" standard in the "Urban Sewage Recycling and Urban Miscellaneous Water Quality" (GB/T18920-2020). -* * Noise Emission Standard * *: During the operation period of the compound fertilizer production line, the noise shall comply with the Class 3 emission standard requirements of the "Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprise Boundary Environmental Noise" (GB12348-2008), which is lower than 65dB (A) during the day and lower than 55dB (A) at night. -* * Solid Waste Pollution Prevention and Control Standards * * - * * General Industrial Solid Waste * *: The temporary storage of general industrial solid waste must comply with the requirements of the "Pollution Control Standards for Storage and Landfill of General Industrial Solid Waste" (GB18599-2020). For example, boiler ash and other materials should be collected and stored in the general solid waste temporary storage room before being sold. -* * Hazardous Waste * *: The temporary storage room for hazardous waste must be designed and constructed in accordance with the requirements of the "Pollution Control Standards for Hazardous Waste Storage" (GB18597-2023). Hazardous waste such as raw material barrels and bags, expired raw materials and waste products, and waste activated carbon should be collected and temporarily stored in the hazardous waste temporary storage room, and regularly entrusted to units with corresponding hazardous waste disposal qualifications for disposal. -Other environmental standards and requirements - Enterprises should carry out self-monitoring and information disclosure in accordance with the requirements of documents such as the "Management Measures for Legal Disclosure of Enterprise Environmental Information". -The setting of sewage outlets should comply with standards such as "Technical Requirements for Standardized Treatment of Sewage Outlets" and "Environmental Protection Graphic Signs". -Strictly control the discharge of toxic and harmful substances, report the discharge situation to the ecological environment department on an annual basis, establish a soil pollution hazard investigation system, and develop and implement self-monitoring plans.
