The organic fertilizer packaging machine is an indispensable equipment in the organic fertilizer production line. Packaging Machine Operation Guide

1、 Modify the target value (packaging weight kg/bag).

(1) Press Set to Zero (display 201, current target value displayed in the upper right corner).

(2) Press Confirm (the last digit of the target value starts flashing).

(3) Press the Zero button to move the flashing position to the left, press the Peel button to increase the current flashing number by one, and adjust the two buttons to the desired target value.

(4) Press Confirm and Menu to complete the target value adjustment.

Note: If the packaging weight is KG or lower than the actual value, adjust the target value by adding or subtracting to meet the actual packaging weight requirements.

2、 Slow down and add value (increase and packaging speed).

(1) Press Zero and Peel (display 202, with the current slow add value displayed in the upper right corner).

(2) Press Confirm (slow add value tail starts flashing). .

(3) Press the Zero button to move the flashing position to the left, press the Peel button to increase the current flashing number by one, and adjust the two buttons together to the slow add value you need.

(4) Press Confirm and Menu to complete the target value adjustment.

Note: The slow add value determines the length of time required to participate in the feeding process. For example, slow addition belongs to post replenishment. If the time is too long, please lower the slow addition value. If the slow addition replenishment time is too short, please raise the slow addition value. (Slow add value slightly larger, high accuracy, slow packaging speed if too large).

3、 Packaging Machine Calibration Operation Guide

1. Press the menu to display F1.

2. Press Peel to display F2.

3. Press Confirm , Peel ... until LODA is displayed.

4. Load weight, press  Confirm , the digits start flashing, press Zero to move the flashing position to the left, press Peel to add one digit to the current flashing position, and press the two buttons together until the actual load weight is reached.

5. Press Confirm to display the loaded internal code value, and press Confirm to display LOAD.

6. Press Menu to complete the calibration and display the current actual weight.

Note: Before calibration, calibrate the zero position first. Press the zero position button for three seconds and do not release it. When ZERO is displayed, release it and press "Confirm" to reset the instrument to zero.
