The use of organic fertilizers is becoming increasingly common in agricultural production and horticultural management. It is precisely because of consumers demand for ecology and sustainable development that the market share of organic fertilizers continues to expand. However, how to effectively convert waste into commercial organic fertilizers has become a focus of attention for many farmers and production enterprises. The use of organic fertilizer production equipment can improve production efficiency while ensuring the quality of organic fertilizer. 1. Material pretreatment



Firstly, it is necessary to preprocess the selected raw materials. For animal feces and agricultural residues, they usually need to undergo composting, fermentation and other treatment processes to kill pathogenic microorganisms and parasite eggs. In this step, crushers, mixers, conveyors, and other equipment play important roles.



By crushing, the raw materials can be better mixed. After mixing evenly, an appropriate amount of water should be added to promote microbial activity. The control of moisture is crucial, as excessive moisture can lead to anaerobic fermentation, while insufficient moisture can affect the effectiveness of fermentation.



2. Composting fermentation



After the material pretreatment is completed, it enters the composting fermentation stage. Composting fermentation is a complex biochemical process, mainly divided into two types: aerobic fermentation and anaerobic fermentation. Significant aerobic fermentation can be achieved through the use of turntables, temperature monitoring systems, etc.



During composting fermentation, microorganisms decompose organic matter and convert it into usable nutrients. Environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, oxygen, and pH directly affect the efficiency of the fermentation process. Therefore, equipment equipped with automated control systems can monitor these parameters in real time to ensure the stability of the fermentation process.



3. Granulation and rounding



After fermentation treatment, the material will form a relatively stable organic fertilizer. However, in order to make it more qualified, it usually needs to undergo granulation treatment. Granulation is the process of processing materials through a granulator. This step not only increases the particle size of organic fertilizer and improves the fertilization effect, but also increases the hardness and stability of particles by adding an appropriate amount of binder.



4. Drying and Cooling



The organic fertilizer after granulation often has a high moisture content, and in order to facilitate storage and transportation, it needs to be dried. The dryer plays a key role in this step, quickly removing moisture from the particles through hot air circulation.



After drying, it needs to be cooled to avoid affecting the quality of organic fertilizer due to high temperature. The cooled organic fertilizer can effectively prevent clumping and deterioration during storage.



5. Packaging and Storage



The next step is to package the organic fertilizer products. Appropriate packaging not only enhances product image, but also brings convenience to subsequent transportation and sales. Common packaging forms include bagged and bulk, and the specific selection can be adjusted according to market demand and production scale.



After packaging, organic fertilizers should be stored in a dry and well ventilated environment to ensure product quality and stability.
