What aspects should be paid attention to when purchasing organic fertilizer equipment
Release time:2025-08-07 Views:16 Sources:Tai an Zhonglan Xuye Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd

1. Determine the size of organic fertilizer equipment: for example, how many tons are produced annually, or how many tons are produced per hour, in order to determine the price.

2. Determine the shape of the particles, that is, choose what kind of granulator to use: powdery, columnar, flattened or standardized. The commonly used granulation organic fertilizer equipment includes: disc granulator, drum granulator, wet granulator, roller kneading granulator, flat die granulator, and ring film granulator. The selection of granulators should be based on local fertilizer sales market decisions. The particle shape is different, the process of organic fertilizer equipment is also different, and the price of organic fertilizer equipment is also different.

3. Determine the unevenness of organic fertilizer equipment: The unevenness of equipment, the price of organic fertilizer equipment, the amount of labor required, and the stability and high yield of organic fertilizer equipment vary. Generally, higher equipment should be added, such as active ingredient preparation equipment, active packaging equipment, active quantity feeding equipment, cyclone dust removal, water and dust removal.

4. Determine the type of fertilizer produced. It is a compound fertilizer or organic fertilizer equipment, with the same output value. Organic fertilizer equipment generally considers high moisture content and low temperature resistance of bacterial strains, and the type is generally larger than that of compound fertilizer. There are generally four types of organic fertilizers: pure organic fertilizer, organic-inorganic compound fertilizer, bio organic fertilizer, and composite microbial fertilizer. The equipment for organic fertilizers also varies slightly depending on the type.

5. Selection of Fermentation Flipper: General fermentation methods include stack fermentation, shallow tank fermentation, deep tank fermentation, tower fermentation, and rotary drum fermentation. Different fermentation methods result in different organic fertilizer fermentation equipment. Generally, shallow groove turners are more suitable for aerobic fermentation principles (the advantages of shallow groove turners are: they are more in line with the principle of aerobic fermentation, less likely to form anaerobic, have abundant and thorough fermentation, and have fast fermentation speed).

6. Determine the unevenness of environmental protection requirements: In areas with low environmental protection requirements, heavy dust removal is generally preferred, and the investment in organic fertilizer equipment is relatively low; In areas with high environmental requirements, heavy dust removal and ink dust removal are generally selected to meet air emission quality standards.
