The process flow of a compound fertilizer production line is generally as follows: batching, uniform mixing, granule granulation, rotary drum drying, cooling, compound fertilizer coating, and packaging.
1. Material ratio system: Based on market demand and local soil measurement results, raw materials such as urea, ammonium nitrate, and potassium chloride are allocated according to given ratios. N、
Phosphorus, potassium, additives, and trace elements are introduced into the proportioner through a belt scale in fixed proportions. According to the formula ratio, all raw materials flow evenly onto the belt, which can be called premix. It ensures the accuracy of the formula and achieves efficient continuous processing.
2. Raw material mixing: The use of a horizontal mixer is an essential component in fertilizer production, which helps to thoroughly mix the raw materials again and increase particle yield. We produce single axis horizontal mixers and double axis horizontal mixers so that our customers can choose the most suitable mixer based on their productivity and preferences.
3. Fertilizer granulation: the core part of compound fertilizer production. Choosing a fertilizer granulator is crucial. Customers can choose from disc granulators, drum granulators, drum extrusion granulators, or new fertilizer granulators for production. Here, we choose a rotary drum granulator. After mixing evenly, under the power of the belt conveyor, the material is converted into a disc granulator, which granulates uniformly sized particles.
4. Fertilizer drying and cooling system: Our high-yield rotary drum dryer is a drying equipment that reduces the moisture content of the product. After drying, the moisture content of the compound fertilizer will decrease from 20% -30% to 2% -5%. After drying, all materials need to be sent to the cooler. The rotary drum cooler is connected to the rotary dryer of the belt conveyor to jointly remove dust and purify exhaust gas, which can improve cooling efficiency and thermal energy utilization, reduce labor intensity, and further remove moisture from fertilizers.
5. Fertilizer screening: After cooling, there are still powdery substances in the product. All fine and large particles can be screened out using our rotary drum screening machine. Then, the fine particles conveyed by the belt conveyor are sent back to the horizontal mixer for re mixing and re granulation with the raw materials. And large particles need to be crushed in a chain crusher before being re granulated. The semi-finished product is transported to the compound fertilizer coating machine. This forms a complete production cycle.
6. Compound fertilizer coating: The rotary drum coating machine we manufacture is driven by a main motor, belt, pulley, and transmission shaft. Mainly used to evenly coat a protective film on the surface of compound fertilizers, effectively inhibiting salt bridging and absorption of organic fertilizers, making the particles smoother. After coating, it is the entire production process - packaging.
7. Fertilizer packaging system: This process uses an automatic quantitative packaging machine. It consists of an automatic weighing and packaging machine, a transportation system, a sealing machine, and a feeding machine. Feed bins can also be equipped according to customer needs. It can achieve quantitative packaging of bulk materials such as organic fertilizers and compound fertilizers, and has been widely used in food processing plants, industrial production lines, etc.
