Accurate control of temperature and humidity is crucial in the fermentation process of organic fertilizer production lines. Here are the control points for two key factors:

1. Temperature control: During the fermentation process, the appropriate temperature is the key to ensuring microbial activity and organic matter decomposition efficiency. Normally, the fermentation temperature should be controlled between 30 ℃ and 50 ℃. Excessive or insufficient temperature can affect the growth and reproduction of microorganisms. For this purpose, temperature sensors and regulating devices need to be equipped to monitor and adjust the temperature inside the fermentation chamber in real time, ensuring the smooth progress of the fermentation process.

2. Humidity control: Humidity is also an important factor that cannot be ignored during the fermentation process. Generally speaking, the suitable humidity range for fermentation is between 40% and 60%. Excessive humidity may cause material clumping, affecting ventilation and microbial activity; If the humidity is too low, it will dry the material, which is not conducive to the growth of microorganisms. The proper humidity of fermentation materials shall be maintained by means of spray humidification or ventilation dehumidification.

Strict control of temperature and humidity during the fermentation process of organic fertilizer production lines is the key to improving the quality and yield of organic fertilizers. Through scientific management and adjustment, we can ensure that the fermentation process proceeds efficiently and stably.
