Equipment principle and core functions

The organic fertilizer track turning machine uses tracks as the walking mechanism, equipped with core components such as rotating blade shafts and turning teeth, and is driven by a power system to achieve material turning, mixing, and crushing. Its working principle is based on aerobic fermentation theory, creating a suitable growth environment for microorganisms through equipment operation, accelerating the decomposition and transformation of organic waste.

The core functions are mainly reflected in three aspects:

Efficient flipping and oxygen supply: The flipping teeth penetrate deep into the material pile, flipping the bottom layer of material to the surface layer, and flipping the surface layer of material into the interior, allowing the material to fully contact with the air, providing sufficient oxygen for aerobic microorganisms, activating their metabolic activity, rapidly raising the temperature of the pile to the high temperature period of 55-65 ℃, effectively killing harmful substances such as pathogens and insect eggs, and accelerating the decomposition of organic matter.

Uniform mixing and stirring: The equipment can fully mix animal manure, straw, microbial preparations and other raw materials, ensuring uniform distribution of fermentation strains, auxiliary materials and materials, avoiding insufficient or overheated local fermentation, and ensuring stable compost quality.

Crushing and moisture regulation: During the flipping process, the equipment can crush the material blocks formed during the fermentation process, improve material permeability, and promote water evaporation, stabilizing the humidity within a suitable range of 50% -60% to avoid anaerobic fermentation caused by material compaction.
