Ball and socket circumferential misalignment: The reason may be loose adjustment sleeve bolts or loose fit between the roller skin and the shaft. The solution is to tighten the bolts or replace the roller skin or shaft after aligning the socket.
Not spherical or pie shaped: It may be due to insufficient feeding, excessive gap, or small gap at both ends and large gap in the middle. The corresponding treatment method is to meet the feeding requirements, adjust the gap between the rollers, or grind off the two sides to reduce the gap.
Non detachment of balls: Reasons include excessive moisture content in the material, insufficient pressure strength of the ball blank, or rough surface of the new nest. This can be solved by using dry materials, reducing the gap between the two rollers, or grinding with abrasive materials.
